Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and five (5) years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications: Highly technical expertise/analysis experience in evaluation of complex programs; Knowledge of practices and procedures related to data mining, SQL query language, MS Access, MS Excel and student analytics; Experience creating databases; Experience in researching labor market information.
Responsibilities/Duties: Assists Program Manager in financial reporting and other administrative requirements of their grants/contracts; Monitors/tracks the budget status of the program; Analyst will complement lead partner’s management team by providing direction on data collection, management, and reporting; serve as the program evaluator, work with DOL grant program evaluation; Analyst will create reports and make presentations when requested; Analyst will design, develop, and maintain computer applications to obtain and analyze data relating to program; Analyst will participate in conceptual development of research projects;
Analyst will design, develop, create and verify critical Consortium data reports; Interfaces with IT/College Data Reporting to coordinate research and reporting efforts; Constructs, tests, validates and manipulates MS Access database applications used for data manipulation and reporting; Converts files of different data types into and out of readable files for analysis and reporting; and Documents, develops and implements file management system storing, protecting and retrieving data files.
