Goal 2: Strategically communicate the impact of our system

Lead Measures:

  1. Identify and regularly engage representatives at each college who submit information to the newsletter on a consistent basis.
  2. Identify key messengers, perception influencers, legislators and grantors whom FCRD will cultivate and inform regarding the importance and impact of FCRD.
  3. Engage with AFC leadership to create a stronger presence through joint activities and join communications.
  4. Create a presentation with specific messages for the Chancellor and other spokespersons on the impact of the system and the importance of investments from companies and individuals.
